- There has been some small changes on how we organize club rides within the WATVC. As many of you may already know, we have had to provide insurance on all club activities and club rides are no exception.
- Starting now, the following changes apply to everyone participating in club rides or activities.
- Every participant MUST sign a special form required by our insurance provider before they are allowed to join any club ride, event or activity. Before leaving, all guides must insure that everyone participating in a club sanctioned ride has this form signed and returned to the guide. Failure to do so will result in you not being allowed to ride or participate on the club activity.
- Club guides will have forms in their possession on the day of the ride or event.
- Rides or activities not sanctioned by the WATVC BOD will NOT be covered.
- Event, ride or activities can only be sanctioned by the WATVC Officers and BOD. All guides must be approved by the BOD before a ride is sanctioned. Safety is a paramount issue.
