WATVC Monthly Membership Meeting has changed for October

• Rescheduled for Friday, October 23, 2009 at 7:00 pm in the SOCIAL room at the Oak Ridge Civic Center.
• Pizza and Drinks will be provided so bring an apppetite.
• All interested WATVC members are encouraged to attend as well as all our out-of-town friends and members.
• Door prizes will be awarded as well.
• Located directly across the Turnpike from Oak Ridge High School.

WHEN: September 5, 2008 @ 11:00 A.M.
WHERE: Union Valley Church (outside). The Church is located at the bottom of the Trail Head at Windrock, on your right. The gates will open at 11:00. We will begin sitting up and getting ready for those Fuddruckers Famous Hamburgers and the auction.

DETAILS: We are asking all members to bring a side dish. That means anything that go well with burgers or even desserts. In addition, you will need to bring your own drinks. Lunch will be served at 12:00.
In addition, I have collected a lot of great stuff to auction off to raise money for the Disable Veterans. We encourage all members to bring an item that you would like to donate.

I would like to personally invite all WATVC Members and anyone interested in becoming a member or renewing their membership to attend our August 2009 Membership Meeting.
We will be conducting our membership meetings at the Oak Ridge Civic Center again in order to ensure that we have a comfortable, centralized location for our meetings.
Meetings will start at 7:00 pm and usually last about an hour and a half.
All current and potential members are invited and encouraged to attend.
