WATVC 2010 Elections

We will be having our usual WATVC membership meet
Tuesday, March 30, 2010, 7:00 pm at the Oak Ridge
Civic Center.
At this meeting we will be making nominations for the 2010-2011 WATVC Officers and Board of Directors.
All leadership positions are available with the exception of the current 2 term Board of Director position held by Keith Hair.
Nominations for the following are open:
Presidential Nominations
Vice President Nominations
Secretary Nominations
Treasurer Nominations
Media Director Nominations
1-2 Term Board of Director Position Nominations:
4-Single Term Board of Director Position Nominations
All other nominations can be made at the meeting. You must be a current paid member to vote. Voting will take place at the Monthly April meeting that will be held on April 27, 2010 at the Oak Ridge Civic Center at 7:00 pm est. Time to step up folks and VOTE!

We would like to remind everyone that the 2010
Membership fees were due on January 1, 2010. We
encourage everyone to renew their membership on or
before March 1, 2010. If we have not received your
membership renewal by March 1, 2010, you will be
removed from the mailing list to receive the
Newsletter, you will be removed from the "Members
Only Section,” “Newsletters,” and the "Club's
Minutes” sections of the forum. Also you will not
have access to the Monthly Club rides. Don't forget
about the "Members Appreciation Day" and the Annual
Christmas Party that is offered to our paid members.
Are you wondering what your $20.00 membership fee will get you....
Who knows, with all the new ideas coming up this year, what else could happen. Don't let this deadline pass you up... renew your membership before it is to late.
